Pan Con Tomate

Ingredients

3 Grated Tomato 

1 tbs Sherry Vinegar 

2 tbs Olive Oil 

Pinch Sea Salt 

Pinch Cracked Pepper 

Serve with 

Toasted Ciabatta

4 Cloves Garlic

Method

Grate the tomato into a small mixing bowl & stir through the vinegar, olive oil & seasoning. 

Drizzle olive oil over your bread & toast in a frying pan until golden & crisp. 

Rub garlic over the toast, then top with lashings of the tomato mixture. Serve & enjoy right away.
