Homemade Milks
Ingredients
Hemp Milk
1 cup/160g Hemp Seeds
6 cups/1500ml Filtered Water
1-2 Dates, Pitted
Pinch Sea Salt
Oat Milk
1 cup/100g Organic Rolled Oats
1-2 Dates, pitted
Pinch Sea Salt
4-6 cups/1 Litre – 1.5 Litres Filtered Water
Toasted Almond & Oat
1/2 cup/70g Toasted Blanched Almonds
1/2 cup/50g Oats
1-2 Dates, pitted
Pinch Sea Salt
4-6 cups/1 Litre – 1.5 Litres Filtered Water
Cashew Milk
3/4 cup/100g Cashew Pieces, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes
1-2 Dates, pitted
Pinch Sea Salt
4-6 cups/1 Litre – 1.5 Litres Filtered Water
Optional Extra Flavourings
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Maple
Coconut Sugar
Method
Watch Tutorial VideoAdd all the ingredients to a powerful blender & blitz until smooth. Pass the milk through a fine sieve or nut milk bag.
Store in a sterilised bottle in the fridge for up to 4 days.
