4-5 Big Juicy Tomatoes, cut in to small chunks

Roasted Garlic Cloves, peeled & minced

Handful Fresh Basil Leaves, torn into small pieces

Pinch Sea Salt & Black Pepper

Pinch Dried Chilli Flakes

2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar

3 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Serve with 

Toasted/Grilled Bread with Garlic Rubbed on.


Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl & leave to marinate for 15 minutes, then serve on grilled or toasted bread.
