1 cup/120g Frozen Blueberries 

1 Cooked Beetroot

2 tbs Flaxseeds 

1 Apple, cored 

1 tbs Fresh Ginger, peeled

2 tbs Goji Berries

1 tsp Nettle Leaf Powder

1 tbs Pumpkin Seeds

Ice 

Coconut Water

Add all the ingredients to a blender & blitz until smooth.
