3 tbs Balsamic
1 sautéed onion
Handful Fresh Thyme
1 tbs Ras el Hannut
Zest & Juice of Half a Lemon
5 Tbs Buckwheat Flour
2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
