Simple Salad Dressing

3 tbs Tahini

3 tbs Wholegrain Mustard

1/4 cup/60ml tbs Maple Syrup

1/4 cup/60ml Red Wine Vinegar

Juice & Zest of a Lemon

1 Cloves Garlic, roasted & minced

2 tbs Mixed Dried Herbs of your choice

1 cup/250ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper


Whisk all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl then transfer to a sealed jar or bottle. Dress your salads with the dressing. It can be stored in the fridge for up to a month.
