Pistachio Pesto 5 min Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

Large Handful Fresh Basil

4 tbs Pistachio Nuts

1-2 cloves Garlic, depending on how much you like garlic!

1/4 cup/60ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

2 tbs Nutritional Yeast

Juice of Half a Lemon

2 Servings Cooked Pasta, of your choice

Method

Add all the ingredients to a food processor & blitz until finely chopped & well incorporated. Stir through hot or cold pasta.

Alternatively  crush the ingredients  together in a pestle & mortar.
