Elderflower Cocktail

1/2 cup/120ml Sapling Raspberry & Hibiscus Vodka

6 fresh strawberries

1 cup/240ml hibiscus kombucha 

1/4 cup/120ml elderflower cordial 

Ice cubes

1/4 cup/60ml chickpea water (aquafaba) 

Fresh strawberries for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine the strawberries, Sapling vodka, elderflower cordial, kombucha and chickpea water. Add ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled. Strain the cocktail into three glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a little elderflower & serve.
