BBQ Elote

8 Corn

Garlic butter

1 cup vegan butter
1 tbs Chipotle Paste/Powder
2 cloves Garlic Minced
Zest of 1 Lime
Handful chopped Cilantro/Coriander
1/2 tsp Sea Salt


1 cup Vegan Cheese
4 tsp Chilli Powder
Drizzle Hot Sauce
Juice of a Lime
Fresh Cilantro/Coriander

Whipped together the butter ingredients, until fully incorporated.

Grill your corn for 3-4 minutes & whilst grilling brush over the garlic butter. I used sprigs of rosemary as a brush – which added extra flavour.

Garnish with the chilli, sauce, cheese, lime & cilantro
